I'm Jens. I've been doing this for over twenty years.

I started as a high school English teacher. I taught a propaganda unit that got pretty intense: we'd study how messaging works, why people believe what they believe, and how to spot when someone's trying to move you somewhere you didn't choose to go. The kids loved it. I loved it. Then I found out I could make more money on the internet than I could teaching, which says more about teacher salaries than it does about me.

Twenty-some years later, I run a small SEO agency that works exclusively with local service businesses. Home builders, remodelers, roofers, plumbers, chiropractors. Between $1,000 and $5,000 per month, depending on market difficulty. A home builder in a mid-size city with moderate competition is different from one in a major metro going up against established national brands. We'll tell you where you fall on that range during the call.
How long before I see results?
SEO is slow. Some movement happens in 2-3 months. Meaningful results usually take 6-12 months. Anyone who promises first-page rankings in 30 days is either lying or using tactics that will get your site penalized. We'll give you an honest timeline for your specific market.
Why month-to-month? What's the catch?
